2. Booking Terms

• Capacity: Villa can accommodate up to 6 guests.
• Minimum Stay:
  • 5 nights
• Booking Confirmation: A 500€ deposit is required to confirm the booking.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before arrival.
  • Cancellations within 30 days result in the loss of the deposit.

3. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: From 16:00.
• Check-out: By 10:00.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in euros and include VAT, tourist tax, and final cleaning.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer to IBAN: HRXXX or other methods provided during booking.

5. House Rules

• Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
• Pets up to 5 kg are allowed with an additional charge of €40/day. For stays with pets, bachelor or bachelorette parties, and events, a double deposit of €1000 is required.
• Parties and events are not allowed without prior approval.
• The property must be used responsibly. Any damage to the property or its contents will be charged to the guests.

6. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded after departure, provided there is no damage to the property.

7. Liability

• OasiAdria.com is not responsible for personal injuries, theft, or loss of belongings during your stay.
• Guests are responsible for their own safety and the security of their belongings.

8. Facilities and Amenities

• The villa features a heated indoor pool, sauna, outdoor jacuzzi, game room, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious living and dining areas.
• The outdoor area includes a barbecue, firepit, children’s playground, trampoline, and a decorative pond with a waterfall.
• Two covered garages, additional parking spaces, and an electric vehicle charging station are available.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Croatian law. Any disputes will be resolved in Croatian courts.
